We are happy to announce that Angel DeLong will be back on Wednesday evenings for Yoga classes!! She will be starting a new six week series beginning on October 5th at 5:45 P.M. Classes will be located on the 2nd floor of Schlarman's Health Center. Cost is $9 per class or $50 for the series!
If you are interested in learning more about Yoga, Angel will have an Orientation to Yoga on Saturday, October 1st from 10AM to 12 Noon. To help us celebrate our 52nd Anniversary, she will be running a special: 2 hours of Wellness for only $15!!
This brief orientation will familiarize you with the benefits and purpose of yoga, explains how Yoga works for everyone’s body, addresses ways to fit yoga into your schedule and lifestyle, and answers frequently asked questions about yoga.
